Listening To Your Life Retreat

April 5-7 | Clearwater, FL (for women only)

Do you need time and space carved out for reflection and rest?

Do you sense a shifting in your life—spiritually, relationally, vocationally, etc.—and want to navigate it with care?

Do you desire to engage your inner world more deeply?

Do you long to explore your spirituality and sense of God with curiosity, honesty, and courage?

At any moment, a world of information is available to us on the devices in our pockets. But for all the data at our fingertips, most of us are no more equipped to access the truths of our inner world. We seek external sources of authority and try to make sense of things, all the while neglecting the wisdom of our bodies, the promptings from our heart, the knowing in our guts. We’ve forgotten how to listen to our own lives.

This retreat is designed for people who want to pay attention, to live wide awake to themselves and the world around them. It’s for people who want to access the desires, the wisdom, the dreams that lie within. It’s for people who want to live full, integrated lives. It’s for people like you.

As we listen to our lives, we reflect on our journeys to this point, naming the ways we’ve been shaped and formed. We inventory our lives—spiritually, emotionally, physically—and learn how to attend to the truths that surface. We develop skills to hear what’s being said and to discern the invitation in it. We engage contemplative practices that help us take a long loving look at the real. And we find the kind of quiet and space we’re all so deeply longing for.
